If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable shipping across India.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

toyyjoy.com is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at helptoyyjoy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
